Financing
SBLC
A Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC) is a bank-issued financial guarantee that assures payment if the applicant fails to meet contractual or financial obligations. Widely used in international trade and project finance, an SBLC reduces counterparty risk by providing the beneficiary with a reliable payment commitment from the issuing bank, subject to the terms and conditions specified in the instrument.

Bank Guarantee
A Bank Guarantee (BG) is a financial commitment issued by a bank to ensure that a beneficiary will receive payment if the applicant fails to fulfill contractual or financial obligations. Commonly used in international trade, construction, and commercial transactions, a Bank Guarantee enhances trust between parties by reducing financial risk and providing assurance that contractual commitments will be honored according to the agreed terms.

MTN
A Medium-Term Note (MTN) is a debt instrument issued by corporations, financial institutions, or governments to raise capital with maturities typically ranging from one to ten years or more. MTNs are offered under flexible issuance programs, allowing issuers to tailor maturity, interest rates, and currency to investors' needs. They are widely used in international capital markets to finance business operations, investments, and long-term growth.
